Double Major Program

According to the Samsun University Double Major Directive, students of one department can also follow the learning of another department during their undergraduate studies. This curriculum is called “Double Major Program” (DMP).Undergraduate students can apply to DMP at the beginning of the third semester at the beginning of the third semester of their university education, at the beginning of the fifth semester at the latest, provided that they have taken and succeeded in all courses in the course plan in the first major program until the period of application to DMP, that the weighted GPA at the time of application is at least 3.00 out of 4.00, and that the first major program is at the top 20% as of the success ranking. Students who have successfully completed double major programs, are awarded two bachelor’s degrees.
